A Warm Welcome to De Gustibus

When three Italians with very different backgrounds met in Bath, they decided to bring to the historic City traditional recipes of Italian cooking and give them a fresh and modern twist.

Italian cuisine is known for its regional diversity, especially between the North and the South of the Peninsula. Our chef relies chiefly on the quality of authentic ingredients and on the contemporary cooking methods he is so passionate about.

Our wine list is straightforward. In terms of style, we look for wine with balance and wines that will complement our style of food.

The character and atmosphere of De Gustibus Italian Delights is elegant and charming whilst at the same time friendly, warm and comfortable.

Next to the Jane Austen Centre and just a few minutes away from the world famous Roman Baths, we look forward to giving you a truly memorable dining experience.
